After all the rain I ended up with a clogged drain vent. I called around and multiple plumbers quoted double what these guys charged me with trying to schedule me 3 days later. Jim showed up 2 hours later and I was impressed at how he walked me through what the problem was and all my options were. Even helped me with advice for down the road to save me money. Im definitely calling them again if I have a problem. Jim even gave me a discount for my wife being a teacher 🙌

They arrived as schedule, the same day, and replaced two new faucets, hoses, and valves on my sinks. I supplied my own toilet seat and had them install it. I ended up not liking the toilet seat. I called their office and they recommended a sturdier seat. They ordered it and came back and installed it without charging me any more labor. It makes an elder like me happy to see the amount of care and old fashioned values that you can't find nowadays. I felt like I was dealing with my father when Jim said don't worry, I'll take care of everything for you. I appreciate the senior discount and the attention to detail.

had an emergency leak in my bathroom. I started calling around, Riehm Plumbing was the quickest company available. The technician arrived quickly and helped me clean up the water on my bathroom floor with his vacuum. He did the repairs and tested my water pressure. This whole situation was caused by high water pressure. They replaced the parts necessary. These guys are clean and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. Thank you Riehm Plumbing!

thought I had a small leak under my kitchen sink so I gave their free plumbing inspection a shot. The tech they sent actually showed me that it was my basket strainer. He offered a new replacement or to reseal the old one. He then showed me the water shut off for the toilet was stuck open and explained that if my toilet leaks or overflows, I wouldn't be able to shut it off in an emergency without having to shut off water to my whole house. They gave me a bundle discount to fix everything and took care of it same day which was very convenient.

I also got a free estimate for a Generac from the tech while he was here. The tech was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
